 The chef and owner, Takaharu Sato, is from Japan, he brings with him the continued legacy of Pastability and the start of his legacy. Trained in both Tokyo and London, having worked in the best restaurants in both these capital cities, Takaharu brings a sense of precision, excellence, and individual style that is so characteristic of Japan. Takaharu is well versed in the art of French patisserie and Italian cuisine and his products are lovingly made with attention to detail and an aim for perfection. Takaharu is also deaf making his achievements all that more amazing.
